Executive Board

Sidhanth Kashyap
100% placement. No losses. Sidhanth Kashyap has been in the circuit for 4 years and has won Best and Outstanding Delegate in conferences such as GWHMUN, GEARMUN, TISBMUN, NeevMUN, GIISMUN, SNISMUN, and more across the country. He was the co-chair of the prestigious YaleMUN (which we won’t shut up about) and has a multitude of various experiences as a part of the Executive Board, including OWISMUN as well. He’s the president of the MUN club at his school, and has plenty of experience dealing with up-and-coming delegates.
He is a stickler for grammar and formatting, so make sure you have both of those in check when entering his committee. UNSC is one of the hardest committees to win at, in my opinion, so make sure you have your legal knowledge in check, and you’ll be set. Have fun, and lock in.
Chair

Athiban Karthikeyan
Vice Chair
"99% of gamblers quit before they win big"
Athiban is an experienced, new-circuit MUNer, known across Bangalore's UNSC committees. With a record where the experience has become awards, he has amassed placements at several MUNs including OAKMUN, GEARMUN, SOIMUN, KMUN, etc with his most recent one being Best Delegate at this TISBMUN's very own UNSC. His passion for IR ensures that he creates committee sessions that are not just engaging, but fun, challenging and fast paced while also being a supportive environment for delegates to learn and grow.

As random as the quote seems, it's something Athiban swears by. Most delegates overthink and panic while delivering speeches, letting nervousness hold them and their potential back, right before they’re about to make the speech which has the potential to change the entire committee flow. Each and every delegate must overcome this fear as confidence isn’t something you prepare and bring to committee, instead it’s something you build by surviving that 1 minute GSL.
Well, step into UNSC and y’all must better make sure that it's a blast.
